Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026. These terms cover this website and the text messages sent by ProRenew HVAC Simsbury, a service of HomeRenew LLC.

Using this site

This site gives general information about heating and cooling service. Sending the form is a request for a call back, not a booked appointment. Prices are given by the technician before any work starts.

Text message terms

Program: HomeRenew LLC service request texts. When you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from HomeRenew LLC about your service request, including scheduling, reminders, and updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (860) 783-6483.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Emergencies

If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, leave the house and call 911 or your gas company from outside. Do not use the form.
